Cancel and Refund did not refund

  I did not realize that domain mapping was a reoccurring charge. When I saw the charge on my old Amex card I logged in to WordPress and was given the option to cancel and refund, which I did. Only there as been no refund. This public forum Contact Us is incredibly frustrating.
