    Hi confettiflowers,

    confettifavors.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by GoDaddy rather than WordPress.com:

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

    It doesn’t appear to use WooCommerce and your account hasn’t purchase any upgrades on WordPress.com — which is why there is no option to cancel auto renew here. What is the full name of the auto renew extensions add-on you purchased? If you let me know, I’ll see if I can point you in the right direction for getting some help.

    “extensions Basic #WOO370” is all I can find. Subscription type: single.
    $49. Purchased from WooThemes, now WooCommerce, via Bubblestorm Management in South Africa. I can find no way to contact anyone. It seems after I purchased it they decided to convert things to auto-renew without telling customers! They emailed me citing my credit card number would be charge. Wondering if you suggest I disconnect the WooCommerce app and delete my WordPress.com account, which I am not using?
