  HI team, I could not cancel auto renewal on your website. I followed the instructions but it does not show the same things and no option to cancel at all !
  I got charged while I wanted to cancel !
  Please help.

  There are upgrades owned by the account you are currently logged in to. What is the URL of the site you would like to cancel auto renewal for?

  Why are u making cancelling auto renewal impossible? U change how to get to it repeatedly. Also why is my domain renewing one month early next yr? I’ve been a client for many many yrs. I’m considering removing my blogs if WordPress becomes arbitrary and less user friendly.

  Why are u making cancelling auto renewal impossible?
