cancel automatic subscription

    I have tried to do this online and it has been a nightmare of blind alleys. My profile says I have no billing info, yet they have my CC and keep billing me. I have tried all the ways suggested to this this on the site and no luck. Of course you cannot get them on the phone or even via direct email. To stop auto billing for an account I don’t want or use till I die, I have to cancel my CC and get a new number. HELP!! David Gregson
