  Hey guys,
  I have a long unused webpage. It just autorenewd. How do I cancel the account, the autorenew & get a refund? Thanks!

  Hi there,

  http://according2luke.wordpress.com/ is on the free plan, and the account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades from us.

  What is the address of the site that renewed? We should be able to refund the renewal, but we can only do that if the request comes from the same account that owns the upgrades.
