    I need to cancel the domain that was charged when the auto renew was off

    Hi there!

    I checked and found out that the auto-renewal was turned off for your domain only. The subscription that was renewed automatically was the WordPress.com Premium plan, which still had its auto-renewal enabled.

    It appears you disputed the payment with your bank/credit card provider. The WordPress.com Premium plan was canceled automatically, and the funds are on hold by your payment provider while they investigate this. If you’re still able to cancel/close the dispute, we will be able to refund you directly. But while the dispute is open, we won’t be able to refund.
