Cancel domain

    Hi

    I would like to cancel this domain and it has only just been auto-renewed. I am going through medical treatment which is why cancelling before the renewal slipped my mind.

    Since it has been renewed just a few days ago, please can I cancel and get a refund? I believe it’s within the legal cooling off period.

    Once you are able to log in to the account, please can you go to Upgrades → Purchases and from there, click on your domain registration for the domain, freelancewritingteam.com, then cancel it as per the instructions linked to, below:

    You are just inside the refund time frame of 4 days for the domain cancellation and for this reason, please do this as soon as possible.
