  How to I cancel a domain and get refunded? My old domain was automatically renewed but I stopped using it years ago.

  Hi there,

  If you’re referring to mkarakoulaki.com, then that domain has expired a year ago and has never been renewed. Also, I don’t see any other domain or upgrade on the account you’re contacting us from (@mkarakoulaki).
