    Ive tried to cancel domain multiple times and refund please help

    Are you speaking of kayandrick.com?

    That domain has been cancelled already. However, refunds for renewal payments are not issued automatically, which is why our Refunds support page indicates you should contact support for help refunding a renewal, rather than attempting to cancel the upgrade yourself.
