Cancel the latest charge. When I go to purchases it’a not listed to cancel.

It looks like a refund has been processed for this transaction. I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.

Hi WordPress,

I am having the same issue.

Would you please cancel domain mapping for http://www.djacommercial.com through wordpress.com and REFUND the $17AUD back to the credit card? The charge occurred early November 2016.

I am now using http://www.djacommercial.com on WordPress.ORG hence no need for domain mapping.

Please attend to ASAP.

The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to cancel the upgrade.

Thanks for your quick response above to djacommercial. So this is my other account now. I can’t locate where I would cancel the Domain Mapping and get a refund.

Any chance of you checking it out with this account of mine?

Hi RootJosh,

I think I found the account. This is it. I managed to Delete the Credit Card from the account just now but I still don’t know how to remove Domain Mapping and get a refund.

I’m seeing domain mapping as having been canceled.

Also, I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

Another website I have is http://www.havannamassagetherapy.com.au which was running on WordPress.com and I have since moved it to WordPress.org a few months ago.

I believe there is also Domain Mapping which I no longer need. Would you kindly confirm if it is definitely cancelled ?

I am not seeing any upgrades associated with that domain.

Do you happen to remember what the _______.wordpress.com URL was for that site?

It was havannamassagetherapy.wordpress.com but I have deleted that already so not sure if you’ll be able to see anything.

I can confirm that domain mapping that had been associated with havannamassagetherapy.wordpress.com is indeed canceled.
