Cancel domain mapping plan

  I cancelled the domain mapping plan on 2 Sept but didn’t receive any confirmation email and was charged in Oct. Please advise how do I check if my plan has been cancelled. TQ

  There was a glitch that prevented the refund to process. We apologize for the inconvenience. I just processed the refund on our end and it will take 7-10 days to see it reflect on your bank statement.
