  Hello,

  I am trying to cancel and get a refund for my domain name/personal bundle. I was told when I called your help line to send an email to support@wordpress.com but then received an email stating that it was monitored. I have already submitted the refund request via the managing purchases page, but it is only refunding me $9.88 of my original purchase.
