cancel domain registration

i wish to cancel my private domain registration when it expires. I do not wish auto renewal. There is no ‘cancel’ button on my site.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades There is also where you can click the “disable auto-renew” link.

The issue appears to be that the account you are posting with here is not the WordPress.com account that owns the domain you are asking about.
Could you have had a second account that you used to purchase the upgrade?

yes exactly, and I fixed that problem already .. Now I am just waiting for the link so I can have the whole site closed.

It shouldn’t take long. I would give it another try if you don’t see it in 24 hours or so. Also, check you spam folder (and “social” tab if you use gmail).

No problem, I can help you do it from this end. I have no idea why the email didn’t show up.
So, I’m seeing three domains as being registered and all three of them have the domain privacy upgrade. Does your request apply to all three, or just a particular domain?
FWIW, I only see auto-renewal set up for one of the three domains and none of them expire before next June.

actually I am getting a bit confused myself right now, as some of them seem connected to another username. But i wish to keep the domain http://www.bysigne.com as the only one !

So, your initial request sounded as if you just wanted to cancel the Domain Privacy upgrade for your domains. But your subsequent comments have made it sound like you are trying to cancel the domain registration completely. So before we go any further, you should clarify what you are trying to do.
If you ARE asking to cancel your domain registrations, please read the following:
If you want to cancel your domains blogbysigne.com & healthybysigne.com it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and it may not choose to do so. We can’t guarantee that your domain will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using blogbysigne.com or healthybysigne.com again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel and instead use another method to point your domain to your new webhost.
Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domains. Once you have done so, I will cancel it and remove the upgrade from your account.

http://www.safegreenfuture.com/ is not a free hosted WordPress.COM blog. Please clarify what makes you think you are paying for any upgrades here when you have a WordPress.ORG install?

someone bought this domain for me. I dont know when it expires, nor do i know if it will automatically charge my credit card and expiration? I dont have a contact # to call word press to find out. I hope this makes sense?
