Cancel domain transfer

  Hi, how can I cancel a domain transfer from another provider to wordpress.com? I already cancelled it on the other provider’s website but it still says that it is in progress on wordpress. Also, will I get a refund?

  Hi there,
  
  If you decide you don’t want to transfer the domain to us anymore, you can cancel it via the confirmation email your current provider sends you or via your current provider’s domain management interface.

  When you cancel the transfer on the losing registrar’s side, the transfer subscription will automatically be canceled and refunded on the WordPress.com end.
  
  I would contact your current domain host if you need assistance with the cancellation through their interface.

  Hello! I did actually cancel it on my providers end about 3 days ago but it still says that the transfer is in progress on wordpress. Is there something you can do? Thank you.

  Dear WordPress team, I transferred my domain from shopify to wordpress.com. The transfer wasn’t done yet and I changed my mind so I clicked cancel on shopify.
