Cancel e mail notifications of bloggers I'm following

How do you cancelebrate e mail notifications of when other bloggers who I am following have posted a new blog?
Is there a way to see the post notifications in the app with out getting an error mail notification?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
To disable notifications for individual sites you need to go to the Reader in your browser. Click the Manage button, find the site you want to disable notifications for, and click on it to see the notification options there.
To disable notifications for all sites at once, you can block email notifications from your account settings:
https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/subscriptions/
Note this will not unsubscribe you from any sites – you’ll still be able to see new posts in the Reader – but you won’t receive any more email notifications about new posts or comments on sites you are following.
