Cancel everything including domain names – NOW, please!

Cancel everything associated with wordpress in my name. None of the instructions work. I need to speak with a human being, please which doesn’t appear to be possible. This is the worst experience I have ever since 1990!
Your customer service is inept. I paid over $100 for this service and have not been able to use it even one day. I will not ever recommend WP to anyone.

I’m very sorry for the trouble you’ve had. I just cancelled all of your upgrades except the domain lindabourgault.co — I just want to confirm that cancellation with you before I do that, since it can be tough to get a domain back once it’s cancelled.
Please keep in mind that cancelling a domain means you completely give up ownership of that domain name. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again in the future.
If you’d like to keep the domain and use it somewhere else, you can transfer it instead: Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar
If you’re sure you’d like to cancel the domain name and stop using it completely, please let me know and I’ll take care of that for you.

This issue has always been the domain name. I requested a .com address only to be given an “.co” address which is not recognizable. I was not ever given a reason for this error or how it could be corrected. I tested the address repeatedly only for it to not ever work. Thus I was stuck paying for a year of service which I could not use. I spent over $100 with WordPress for nothing.When I request everything be canceled, I still asked about a domain name that doesn’t work. Why would I want to keep something useless?
Again, please cancel everything including the domain name.I apologize for my frustration. You are being professional, but I still have not received confirmation that ALL has been canceled.
