I’d like to cancel my free trial but I have gone through the steps and I am not able to. Can you please cancel my free trial for me?

Hi there,
Since you’ve used it to register a domain name, there are two ways we can proceed:
1) I cancel your entire Premium purchase, including your domain bridgetnajour.com. Your domain will become unavailable for several weeks; after this period, anyone may purchase the domain name. If you’d like completely cancel both the domain and Premium, and are okay with the prospect of potentially losing bridgetnajour.com, this is the way you’ll want to proceed.
2) If you want to keep your domain, I can remove your Premium purchase, less the domain registration fee. Then all you would have to pay for is the domain ($26). I can send you a manual payment request for this You will be able to continue to use your domain name, bridgetnajour.com, or you can transfer it to use with another service elsewhere.

Thanks for the reply! I have sent you a manual payment request for the domain! I will remove the Premium upgrades less the domain. Please reply back once the payment has been made so I can follow through with your request!

Next year you can renew your domain directly by going to Store > My Upgrades in your Dashboard.
