  I tried to cancel my account and domain for a full refund but only recieved a portion back. How do I recieve a full refund

  Hi greyelephant15,

  Would you like to use the domain elsewhere or is it no longer needed? Once a domain has been cancelled, there is no guarantee you will be able to register it again so I wanted to check.

  If you don’t want to keep greyelephant.blog, just let me know and I can refund the remaining amount for you.

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to appear on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time.
