Cancel hosting

  Hey there, I need to cancel hosting as my domain is now hosted by Site Ground. When I go in to manage purchases to cancel I don’t see the option. Can you please help?

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into canceling the subscription purchase.
