Cancel jetpack subscription

  Hello,

  For a previous site I had that no longer exists, I had subscribed to Jetpack. I need that Jetpack Subscription canceled as I have not had the site in nearly 2-years and have been getting charged the $29 this whole time! :D (my fault, I know…)

  The jetpack subscription isn’t showing up anywhere. Not in my account on wordpress.com and can’t seem to find anything on jetpack.com either. No idea what to do here.

  Please help!

  What was the domain URL of the site that was connected via Jetpack? I can check for it on our end and see if I can find the account that it is under.

  I was not able to find that as a paid plan, or under this account, but don’t worry — we’ll still help you get to the bottom of this.

  On the statement descriptor, do you see a website link (like wpchrg.com) ? If so you can go to that site to look up the charge and contact billing directly. That form is private, so you’ll be able to send a few details that would not be appropriate to send here.
