cancel mapped domain

  i want to remove a domain i had mapped to the site from go daddy

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  You can remove a mapped domain by going to Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard and clicking the “Cancel” link next to the domain upgrade. If you’d like, I can remove it for you — please just confirm what domain you want to remove and I can help with that. :)

  Thank you so much Rachel! Wow, this process can make me a little nuts :)
  So, I canceled the mapped domain, however I am still not able to pull up the website, my computer keeps rerouting to roarseattle.org (a godaddy page).

  Has this happened to you before?

  What you described is pretty normal — it can take some time for domain changes like that to take effect everywhere, especially on a computer where you visited the old domain before making that change. When I look at your site, your other domain works just fine for me: http://roarseattle.com/

  I’d give it a day or two for the change to take hold on your end. If you want to speed it up, you can also try flushing your computer’s DNS cache. However, if you wait a bit your computer should take care of that for you.
