  I do not see any upgrades under your @riopacific WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I am able to cancel and refund since you have provided the correct transaction ID (which I have redacted) but before I proceed I do I want to confirm that littlejen007.com (the domain itself) will be cancelled and returned to the registry immediately if I do.

  This is permanent and may not come on sale again. You are sure you want to proceed, and give up ownership of littlejen007.com?
