CANCEL MY ACCOUNT

I have tried on 2 occasions now to cancel my billing account. Apparently unsuccessfully, due to the fact this is 50$ now that has been taken from my account ( last bill and this bill ) hell I can’t even see the billing receipts that are coming from my card to this site. Cancel please, and I’d appreciate this done asap. Thanks

I would be happy to assist in canceling and refunding the amount charged to you, but I do not see any history of charges under the account you are contacting us from. Do you happen to have a different account?
