  What specifically are you trying to receive a refund for?

  I can see tow options:
  Close your account permanently
  Delete all of your sites, and close your account completely.
  But I do not know which one I can get my money back.

  You are not logged in under the correct account.

  You need to first log out of WordPress.com at https://wordpress.com/me

  Then, log in to WordPress.com under the correct account.

  Once you’re logged in under the correct account, you can cancel/refund eligible purchases via https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
