  Hi 👋🏽 there is no number to call to cancel this. I’ve been billed another year yet never use the service I thought I cancelled this along time ago. Please can I get a call or reverse the charges [contact info redacted by staff].

  As the account you are posting from today is only a few days old you must have another account still set to auto renew. What is the address of the WordPress.com site that has the upgrade?
  There is no telephone support at WordPress.com so I have asked if a member of staff could reply to you (and redact your phone number).
