cancel my account and credit accout please

  I’m not real happy with the website and want to cancel is it. I tried to cancel via email but was just charged so for some reason it didn’t work. Please let me know what I need to do to cancel site now.

  Hi there,

  Sorry for the trouble! I just cancelled your Premium plan and issued a full refund. It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt now in your Billing History.
