    I had a family emergency yesterday and just don’t feel like i want to take the time at this time to work on a website for my classmates. I will try again in a few months, but just don’t have any desire right now. Please refund me, I will start again in fall if I can.     What is the URL of the site you would like to get a refund for?

    I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.

    If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
