Cancel my Crowdsignal acct

I was not informed that an acct in Crowdsignal would renew on 12/7/19. (Today is 12/9/19). Since my acct was renewed on a non-business day, and I am attempting to cancel it on the first business day available, why is that not happening? HELP!

Here’s th message that I was trying to send: “On 12/9/19, I submitted a refund-related question to your forum. I was then asked by lizkarkoski to submit my request again via this contact form.
