Cancel my domain

  I’m told to cancel my domain, go to ‘manage purchases’, and click cancel at the bottom of the page. when I open ‘manage purchases’ it says I don’t have any purchase, would I like to create a web page.

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

  Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to cancel the domain.

  What is the URL of the domain in question?
