Cancel my domain

  Hi, I would like to cancel my domain and plan that purchased minutes ago. When I click on cancel plan, it showed only refund $78 is available. I paid $96 for the whole plan. After I clicked on the cancel domain, nothing happens afterwards. How do I cancel the domain and get full refund?
