Cancel my domain mapping

Hello, on 14th October you charged me 13 Euros für domain mappping on supernova-pictures.com. At that time I had the option ‘recall payment’ or whatever it was called, and I immediately clicked that. But until today the money hasn’t been sent back to my paypal account. And now I got charged another 13 Euros on 14th November. And that’s not it, no, not only can’t I recall the payment this time, I can’t even cancel this domain mapping, so I guess I will be charged again next month. I don’t even know, when I apparently agreed to this domain mapping. I thought I was just paying a one time fee for the domain transfer. This website is more than just a little bit confusing for someone who is new to the topic, seriously. Please cancel this domain mapping IMMEDIATELY for me! Thank you!!!
