Cancel my premium upgrade

  Hello, I would like to cancel this premium account. It says it will renew in april, however I just got charged the $99.00 fee!!! I do not want to renew, I never authorized this, and I cannot even find how to cancel my account!! It is not easily accessible to find. Please fix this.

  I was able to finally load the link and canceled my upgrade and disable auto renew (Which I never remember authorizing and even if I had, would expect a reminder of my auto renew before being charged – just ad major companies like Geico does). It is courtesy. Please refund my check account. Thank you.

  We do send out multiple auto renewal emails.

  I’m seeing that payment as being voided and the autorenewal canceled. So you should be all set.
