  Hi there,

  Are you referring to canceling the upgrades connected to favoritedayblog.com? Or, were you wanting to completely delete your site?

  The upgrade was purchased more than 30 days ago, so you won’t receive a refund. Auto-renew is disabled for that site, so you can just keep the upgrades that you purchased until they expire and naturally fall off.
