  Hello, I am trying to cancel my subscription, but cannot seem to find where to do that.

  We have absolutely no history of sites, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  What exactly are you trying to cancel?

  I didn’t see anything either. I just paid a 6 mth subscription, but decided to use a different website platform. I just renewed my domain name for another year, just wanted to see if it was possible to get a refund for the 6 mths since I will not be using it. Maybe the 6 mths was will bluehost which I do want to keep as my host.

  What is the domain name, and who specifically did you pay (who is the merchant listed as on your transaction)?
