  I have read your instructions of canceling my subscription however I cannot seem to access the correct site. I do not want to continue with WordPress.com before it renews.

  Hi @josephamendozasr, the site you shared is hosted with Bluehost, and I’m guessing you have a free copy of WordPress through their hosting plan.

  Did you mean to reach out to them directly?
