Cancel my subscription

  Hi, I would like to cancel my subscription with you. I do not want to pay for it. I for some reason cannot do it because it does not show me any information when I login in the purchase section. Can you help me see if you can cancel my monthly subscription with you guys?

  Sorry about the hassle, unfortunately we can’t cancel subscriptions from the community forum, but the fix is quick!

  Since the purchases section isn’t showing anything, the subscription is likely attached to a different account than the one you’re logged into, this happens more often than you’d think, especially if you signed up with a different email.

  Head to wordpress.com/help/contact and ask them to cancel the subscription for you. When you message them include:

  • The email address(es) you may have signed up with
  • Your payment method (last 4 digits of card or PayPal email) so they can track down the right account
  • A clear request to cancel and stop future charges

  They can look up the subscription on the backend even if you can’t see it yourself and cancel it straight away.
