Cancel my website & Cancel Domain

  I received an email stating that I will be charged $26 on Dec. 22, 2016, however I do NOT want to renew my website nor domain. I want my account and all financial issues cancelled. Please respond asap. Thank you

  Can you confirm the URL of the domain that you are not wanting to renew?
