I can see a pending chargeback on your account for the renewal of a Business Plan and domain, potus45.press, on 31 January.
We offer a full refund on all upgrades if you contact us within 30 days, but in this case it appears that you also disputed the charge with your bank. When you dispute a charge you are essentially accusing us of fraud, and the payment is frozen pending an investigation. Additionally, your site is locked pending payment of a chargeback fee. It will not be possible to completely close your WordPress.com account until either that dispute has been resolved, or the chargeback fee paid.
I see you have also opened two support tickets with our billing support team, so it will be best if you wait for them to reply to you via email for further help with this.

I believe that the chargeback is $15 per email received. I need a physical address or telephone number to pay the chargeback. I will not update my billing charge information since I have received another unwanted bill for the amount of $240. Send me a physical address and telephone number so that a can pay and make sure that this subscription is canceled. I need you to disable the banking automatic payment system for this account since I have not approved a new charge of $240 unwanted subscription. This is why I disputed the first annual charge with my bank. I did not give WordPress.com approval to renew a 2020 subscription for $360 on Jan 1-2020 and have not given permission to WordPress.com to charge a subscription receipt for $240 for April 2020. I have attempted to cancel this subscription multiple times and the only feedback that I get is your (this) e-mail and another email receipt by someone else for $240 in another email payable to WordPress. Something is very wrong. What is it that WordPress does not get? Do they understand what a “request for cancelation is? PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION ASP and send me a customer service telephone number or physical address to pay the charge fee and resolve this immediately. I will not pay online because it is obvious that my billing information has been compromised by WordPress.com and Automatic Inc. Edna Negron
