Cancel my WordPress plan

  I want to cancel my WordPress plan, I don’t want to be charged for the renewal. I’ve tried to follow the instructions given in the help section but it’s not working. Any help please?

  The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites, and has never purchased any upgrades from us.

  Which plan and for which site are you trying to cancel? To cancel any upgrade on WordPress.com you first need to be logged in as the account that owns that upgrade.
