  Trying to cancel our WP subscription AND NOT ON A PUBLIC FORUM!! However, every time I attempt to do this, the extremely unfriendly website bounces me to this area.
  HELP!!

  Hello,

  There are no purchases on the WordPress.com account you are logged in to. Could you have made the purchase using a different account?

  If you let me know which site you wish to cancel the subscription for, I’ll see what I can find.
