Cancel payment

    I just got an email about an auto-renewal, but when i went to ‘manage purchases’ it says I have no history. How am I paying for something but can’t cancel it? Thanks.

    Auto renewals usually happen 11 months after payment was made to ensure continuity of whatever upgrade you purchased. This account is only 5 months old. You’ll need to log in to the correct account to navigate to the appropriate “Manage purchases” page.

    The account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades from WordPress.com and doesn’t even own any sites.

    Please log out of this account, and log back in using the email address at which you received that renewal notice.
