  Why no more refund money to me

  Hi there,

  I checked your account and see that you were refund the amount for the purchased Personal Plan back on 10-5. Are you saying you still not have received that refund? Let me know and I will look into this issue for you.

  Yes,never got any received to me , cancel plan only need Wait 48 hours clear refund money , why I need wait so long??

  Hi there,

  It takes 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account. I checked on our end and it appears that it was processed. Could you contact you bank to make sure that there was no issue on that end?
