    Hi, could you please turn-off my automatic renewal for zenleader.life?

    I received this message in an email … ‘You’re all set to keep accessing these benefits for another year! You will be charged $60 for your WordPress.com Personal plan renewal and $25 for your domain name ‘zenleader.life’ on February 8, 2020. This price does not include any applicable taxes which will vary based on your billing address. ‘

    Hello Mary,

    The midmay username account you’re using to contact us here is not the owner of the domain, zenleader.life. That domain was bought using a completely different WordPress.com account.

    Please log into the correct account, and then you’ll be able to switch off automatic renewal yourself from the Purchases page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
