Cancel premium

  I believe I have 30 days to cancel a premium package on my blog. How do I go about doing that?

  Hi there,

  You can manage and cancel upgrades from your My Upgrades page. I see that you successfully cancelled the WordPress.com Premium upgrade, and you still have the domain esotericmysticism.com on your site. Would you like to keep using that custom domain name?

  If not, I can cancel it for you and issue a full refund. Please keep in mind that canceling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again in the future.

  If you’d like to keep using the domain, either here at WordPress.com or elsewhere, I’d recommend not cancelling it. But if you want to cancel it, too, just let me know and I can help you with that. :)

  Thanks so much! I’d like to keep the domain, but how do I forward access to it to another site? I’d like it to point to my .org site.

  You can change the domain’s name servers to point it to a different site, if you’d like. You can get started with that on your My Domains page, using the Edit button next to your domain.

  You’ll need to get the correct name servers for your .org site — your site’s host can help you find the ones you need for that. Just let me know if I can do anything more to help. :)
