I tried multiple times to cancel the Premium Plan and never received any confirmation link.

I would really appreciate to be able to scratch this thing off my list. Please note also that your inability to process a simple cancellation request from a customer pulls up a huge red flag and the more pissed off I get the more people I tell. So please get your shit together and do what I asked you to do weeks ago.

I just cancelled your Premium plan so you’re all set with that.
Sorry for the delay replying to your forum post. Our forums are not fully staffed over the weekend, and especially around US holidays it can a little time for us to catch up. I see you sent in a message through our contact form about this a few weeks ago and we replied to that email to confirm your request. If you didn’t get that reply from us, please check to make sure emails from WordPress.com aren’t being sent to your email’s spam/junk folder.
If I can do anything more to help, please let me know!
