Cancel premium

I was charged for a premium suscription today that I didn’t even know I had purchased, I would like to cancel it and receive a refund but can’t cancel it in my purchases.

The Premium plan for petitdecoblog.com recently auto renewed, which is why you were charged.
I can see you disputed the payment and PayPal issued a chargeback against us. This is a fraud prevention tool and therefore shouldn’t be used to request a refund.
When a chargeback is issued, all upgrades are removed and your account is frozen until you cancel the dispute or pay a chargeback fee (we are charged this amount by PayPal).
I’d be happy to issue a refund but PayPal has locked the payment. Please cancel the dispute either through the PayPal Resolution Centre or by phoning PayPal directly — this method is usually the fastest.

I’ve cancelled and refunded petitdecoblog.com as well as the Premium plan. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer to arrive.
The chargeback lock on your account has also been removed so you should be able to access that again now.
