Hello,
I am trying to cancel my premium fee as I no longer use my site. I tried to cancel via my purchases but I do not see any recent purchases in my profile yet 99 dollars has still been deducted from my account.
Could I please cancel and get a refund back for this?

Hello Corry,
The account you’re using to post here has never purchased any upgrades from WordPress.com, and the site, https://wheretherearenomangoes.wordpress.com/, has also never had any upgrades connected to it.
Can you please give the address of the site where you’re trying to cancel the plan? Note that we can only cancel an upgrade if the account that owns it makes the request.

It appears you made that payment via the cfoppesportfolio username. Our billing team has followed up with you via a request you made as that account, and the payment has been refunded in full. You should receive the refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
