Cancel premium account

Hello, last week I tried to cancel the premium account two or three times, before the expiration of the trial. A message said that an e-mail will be sent to me with a code to confirm the cancelation but I never receive it, and now you have charged the fee, and I’m not agree because I’m not going to use the Premium features, I don’t need it, and I tried to cancel it on time. Please tell me what I need to do so you refund me my money.

I’m sorry you had trouble canceling your Premium trial. I’ve gone ahead and refunded that purchase for you. It normally takes around a week for a refund to appear on your bank statement.
