Cancel premium bundle.

  Premium upgrade won’t cancel. I signed up for a two week trial of premium when I made my new blog but it says to contact customer service because it couldn’t be cancelled.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  And four hours after I try to cancel I get charged $99. You guys kinda suck. Ironically, as a premium member I should be entitled to real customer service instead of this community support nonsense.

  I’m sorry for the trouble cancelling your WordPress.com Premium trial. I just checked your account, and the Premium upgrade was successfully cancelled. Our system refunded the cost of the Premium upgrade minus the cost of the domain hortonphysics.com, which is still active.

  Would you like to keep that domain hortonphysics.com, or would you also like to cancel it for a full refund? (Please keep in mind that canceling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again in the future.)
