Cancel Premium, Keep Domain

  Hi,

  I bought my domain name and premium at the same time, I want to keep my domain name, just need to cancel premium. How do I go about doing this?

  Hi there!

  I have removed the Premium upgrade and left the domain to be renewed. You can do this by going to Store > My Upgrades in your Dashboard. Here is the direct link:

  Please note that your domain has already been expired for 4 days. After 2 weeks there will be an $80 redemption fee to redeem the domain, so please do this as quickly as possible! The fee is put on us by our registrar so there wouldn’t be a way to waive it.
